Our Story
AARYANA MATASCO was established in Septeber 2017 with a primary focus on providing Investor Relations and Reputation PR Consultancy services to small and micro-cap companies, emerging businesses seeking listing, startups, and SMEs. Through the grace of God, we successfully secured our first project within 20 days in September 2017. It was an SME IPO marketing mandate for Share India Securities and RKC Projects. By December 2017, we also onboarded two retainer clients.
In 2018, our growth was substantial, and we continued to experience healthy expansion, with a growth rate of about 80% in 2019. As the challenging global pandemic, Covid-19, disrupted the world in 2020, AARYANA MATASCO’s journey encompassed engagement in 11 SME IPO mandates. We have served clients across key industries including BFSI, Fintech, Pharma & Healthcare, Infra, Retail, Refrigeration & Cold Chain, Education, Gems & Jewelry, Chemicals, Real State & Construction, Media among others, some on retainer contracts and others on a project basis.
Impact
At AARYANA MATASCO, we have been fostering growth and delivering value since 2017 by offering cost-effective Public Relations (PR) and Investor Relations (IR) strategies designed specifically for SMEs and startups. To date, we have successfully supported over 25 SME companies in raising more than ₹300 crore collectively through SME IPOs, empowering their growth and enhancing their market presence.

Beyond business, we are deeply committed to social impact through our CSR initiative, VRIGHT RAMAM VISION TRUST.
Over the years, we have supported various causes, including raising ₹2.5 lakh for the Uttarakhand Flood Relief, assisting 68 families, and facilitating medical fundraisers, such as ₹1.7 lakh for chemotherapy treatment and ₹46,000 for an environmentalist’s care. Our initiatives also include feeding and treating stray animals, funding “Kona Kaksha Ka” book corners for schools in Uttarakhand, and partnering with organizations like Greenpeace, Parwaaz, Impact Guru, Nanhi Pari Foundation, Narayan Seva Sansthan, Ketto, and Milaap to support those in need.
